In our training sessions we focus on key areas for starting down the road to SOA, with an emphasis on training architects in common methods and approaches, such as:

1) establishing a SOA blueprint to ensure business and technology alignment

2) adopting design principles in support of the SOA blueprint

3) using the resources at your disposal to move quickly and reliably down your own SOA roadmap.

Within this broad framework, we cover the different key starting steps for project and enterprise-level SOA. Those doing project-level SOA can focus on the narrow end of your project delivery systems. They will ensure the project's service requirements drive SOA infrastructure investments. Enterprise-level SOA requires more preparation and coordination and so we train you in the more formal approaches of portfolio management, SOA platform design and planning, and SOA governance.
